Change or cancel my order.

You can currently use your preferred credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and many other services.

I have not received the confirmation email of my order.

If you cannot find the confirmation email in your inbox, it may have been moved by an antispam filter or by an email rule; Be sure to check your spam, junk email, recycle bin, deleted items or file folders to confirm. If you have not received the email, we suggest you contact our customer service.

My order has not arrived on time, what should I do?

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time of 5 to 20 business days, please inform us through hello@gocomparador.com

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?s

In the unlikely event that your order has been damaged during transport, we will be happy to exchange the product. In order for us to process your refund or exchange, contact our support team at hello@gocomparador.com with your order information and a picture of the problem. We will evaluate your case and let you know if you are eligible for a refund.

How long will it take to get my order?

The shipment will take between 5 and 16 working days to arrive. Please note that the order may be delayed due to external factors beyond our control. When you purchase a product you will receive a tracking code so you can check where the product is at all times.

 

I received an incorrect size item, what should I do?

We sell internationally, so please ignore the size labels. The clothing size labels that you will receive have an international size and, therefore, may not match the size you selected when making the purchase online. However, the actual size of each item must still match the size you ordered online. Please try each product first. If the items do not apply, contact us through hola@gocomparador.com to organize an exchange.
